EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
All regular Goodwill employees receive paid vacation, sick and holiday leave.
If you are a temporary worker, or a participant in any of our programs you are NOT eligible for employee benefits.
After 6 months on the job, regular employees are eligible to participate in our medical and dental insurance plans.
Goodwill contributes a percentage of the cost of medical & dental insurance if you choose to participate.
Goodwill also offers a tuition reimbursement plan for pre-approved qualifying job-related courses.
Goodwill offers monthly training for supervisory personnel.
