CHAIRMAN C.L. (Tom) Tolleson (1974): Banker (retired).
Tom has held the position of Chairman since 1985, served on the board for 32 years, and is an active member and three-time chairman of Council of California Goodwill Industries and a 20-year participant in Goodwill International's Delegate Assemblies. During his tenure, Tom led the Board to approval of GISD facilities near the USA-Mexico border, boutiques to market higher end donations, establishment of Vocational Training Centers, expansion of our contracts department, creation of Goodwill Employment centers, the launching of an e-bay online store, creation of a secure document destruction business and more.

ASSISTANT SECRETARY & CEO Michael S. Rowan (1984): EMAIL THE CEO

Has served Goodwill Industries of San Diego County (GISD) since 1984, and has been employed by Goodwill for almost 25 years. During his tenure, GISD has grown from 150 employees to over 500 in 2006. Rowan has served on the San Diego Workforce Investment Board where he Chaired the Planning and Program Evaluation Committee. In addition, he is the Chairman for Rotary District 5340's Committee on Jobs for the World's Disabled. He has been actively involved with high adventure activities for the Boy Scouts for over 15 years.
